Whoo, plot topic for the elemental snakekind mages! YAY!

There will be four elite, and four only; Air, Earth, Fire and Ice, though these four can have minions (if the lead spot is taken, feel free to make an underling of the same element!). The second-ranking mages will follow these four, and all led are by Orochi. The elements are listed below; some are specialized, as well. The status of these are below:

Name: Krietos

Snakekind Type: Jarza

Appearance:
Krietos is a long and narrow creature, being twenty-three feet from nose to tip of tail, and only being about three feet shoulder to shoulder, while his wingspan is about thirty-two feet. His head is triangular in shape, with few spikes on his jaw and small horns. He also has two sets of eyes.

His scales are of a blue-white, having darker blue scales along his back and lighter white scales along his belly. However, his paws are black near his toes and gradients to a dark blue as they progress up towards his chest. The bones of his wings are white, while the inner part is of a darkish blue. Both sets of his eyes are of an endless black, with no whites or pupils, and the spines down back and claws are also a darker black.

Personality:
Krietos is a bit of a distant fellow. He is very knowledgeable, as he is also a touch on the old size, being the equivalent of a middle aged or older man. He is not lazy, and in fact is very agile and active. He tires of company quickly, and often avoids them in general, making him a bit insensitive towards the feelings of others.

Element/Abilities: ICE
Krietos is an Ice serpent. He is very knowledgeable of this element, and is very strong with it. Casting them is little problem for him, but it seems like his element has a mind of it's own and doesn't always do what he meant to do.

Modifying an existing but unused character for this

Name: Sidika
Snakekind Type: Herza
Appearance:
At a massive 45 feet in length, Sidika is slender for how long she is, which aids her in her favorite tactic: using the pointed horns - one which occupies her forehead like unicorn, two of which originate from the side of her head and point diagonally outward - to inject her hallucinogenic venom. When she laughs at her writhing victim, it comes out in the form of a sickening hiss.

In addition to the horns, she has a rather humanoid form at the top of the snaketail with six vaguely humanoid arms. The humanoid portion is about the size of a 11 foot woman with an amazonian frame. Each hand is capable of acting independently, and is often seen holding a melee weapon. She is fond of fiery short swords, fiery katanas, fiery axes, and - her favorite - fiery whips. She can interchange these weapons freely with but a thought.

Her face is more snake than human, although she has proud, fiery, crimson braided locks - these locks can become like gorgon-esque snake hairs temporarily for biting and ember-spitting attacks.

In addition, Sidika's tail has a rattle - while she is often able to keep this rattle quiet, she shakes it when she laughs, creating a cacophony of hissing and shaking that can aid in driving the victim mad, before she finishes them off in her favored way - by flaying them alive with fiery whips.

Personality:
Sidika has been labeled many things. "Insane." "Broken." "Maniac." "Freak." "Monster." Were she allowed to choose, she would identify as "all of the above."

Regarded as a bit of a loose cannon with more than few screws loose, Sidika often works apart from her brethren, as she delights far too much in savoring a victim's terrified tossing as they suffer the effects of her venom before she finishes them, or delighting in their squirming as she masterfully traps them in a blazing inferno of her own make. This has earned her a reputation among both Snakekind and Felnovian forces alike as being dangerous, unstable, and quite deadly.

While her sadistically hedonistic nature sometimes holds her back in terms of her efficiency, Sidika is not to be taken lightly in spite of how lightly she takes killing her victim. She simply enjoys her job. A little too much.

Her sadism comes from her egg being subjected to dragonfire while still within her shell - having somehow miraculously survived the ordeal, she quickly became attached to the sensation of heat, addicted to its painful bliss. This ordeal has made her effective when dealing with fire-based dragon breath assaults, often flying through the fire right up in front of the offending dragon with a gaze that pleads for more.

Element/Abilities:
"Burning" Hallucinogenic Venom: Sidika's horns and fangs secrete the usual Herza venom, which brings lifelike nightmares or arousing fantasies to the victim's senses, playing upon the victim's fight/flight arousal response. Due to her element, this visions may appear to be 'enhanced' by fire. Figures may come cloaked in hellfire, and voices may feel like they are literally searing the insides of one's ears, or they may appear hazed with heat in a night of 'burning' passion.

Fire Reiatsu: Sidika is adept at using fire magic, which she often utilizes to create blazing walls of fire that slowly enclose and trap her foes. Another method that she favors is to create whips made of streaks of flame, which immolate those caught by their lashing. Yet another favored method of utilizing her reiatsu is creating floating spheres of flame which explode upon something approaching them. Finally, she is no stranger to raining literal fire and brimstone upon her opponents from the air. Her mastery of fire is such that she can make the flames around her dance in order to force her prey to join her finely choregraphed samba of flame.

Fear Rattler: Sidika's rattle acts as a fear effect on weaker foes - the sheer deafening cascade of sound is enough to drive warriors into a panicked, confused state.

Melee Combat Mastery: Each of Sidika's six arms are capable of eviscerating entire squads at once with a few swift swings. Most of her weapons focus on shorter reach, but she also enjoys using a flurry of fiery whips to great effect. In the air, she can change out these weapons for ones better meant for aerial combat, such as javelins and lances.

Undercover Form: Going about as an eleven foot tall amazon tends to attract unwanted attention. So when Sidika goes out about, she adopts a second form that is more average sized; the human proportions are like that of a 5'6" woman and the snake tail shrinks accordingly. In addition, she has a full snake form which she can use to escape into hard to reach areas.

Flight: Herza webbed wings allow for flight. Sidika is nimble and able to snake around (punny!) for tricky attacks to slower, less agile opponents. In addition, she often leaves behind a trail of flame, which can be utilized as another fire whip for flanking attacks.

Name: Rowan Whitehorn

Snakekind Type: Jarza

Appearance: With the appearance of a twenty-foot-long pit viper, Rowan is quite frightening to look at. Two eyes the color of rubies adorn each side of his flat head; small, spiked, and venomous horns dot his scales, which is an oddity for a Jarza; and a hood curves outward from just below the base of his skull. Rowan’s scales are a dull emerald, but the barbed tip on his tail is a brighter hue.

Personality: Rowan can act quite aloof and distant; he is quick to get out of conversations and prefers to be alone. Any attempts to talk to him end up with the other leaving because he answers in short phrases or one-word replies. If the one talking to him takes too long to take the hint, he abruptly ends the conversation with an abrasive comment.

Element/Abilities: Like all of his Jarza brethren, Rowan has long, curved fangs that harbor a hallucinogenic venom. He prefers to kill his prey by wrapping his rather large tail around them and squeezing them until their spines snap, or until his venom--the same hallucinogenic venom as his fangs have--kills them.

Being as Rowan's element is air, he also has the ability to heat the air around his enemies to the point of scorching them; on the other hand, he can cool the air particles around them to the point of giving them hypothermia.
He can also hurl people away from him, drain the air from someone's lungs, and even put oxygen back into someone's lungs. Creating tornadoes and shields of air are also a part of his magical arsenal, but he cannot maintain large tornadoes for longer than a few minutes. That period of time is long enough to decimate everything his vicinity.

Name: Hizss-ka

Snakekind Type:Zelne

Appearance: like all Zalne, Hizss-ka is a bipedal, almost humanoid snakekind. His scales are dark green with the occasional black spot. He is a hooded snakekind.

Gear/Equipment generally goes about wearing only a leather belt and bandolier. The bandolier goes from the right shoulder to the left hip. From the left hip, where the belt and bandolier connect together, hangs a scimitar, the blade of which has a faint green glow. An ebony staff is strapped to the back part of the bandolier and a small supply pouch hangs from the belt on the right hip. The pouch contains several necklaces each with small, clear crystals attached to them, a sealed jar of finely ground roasted spicy peppers, another jar of powdered zinc, and dried meat.

Personality: Despite his arrogant nature Hizss-ka rarely makes the kind of strategic mistakes that the prideful are known for. He owes this prowess to his vicious intelligence and a somewhat surprising level of self awareness. In short, he knows he's an arrogant bastard so he doesn't let that trip him up. In confrontations involving large numbers of combatants he prefers to lead from behind the army and only step in personally when his presence is sure to top the balance in his side's favor. In single combat he only rarely toys with his opponent, preferring to destroy them as efficiently as possible and move on with life.

Element/Abilities: Hizss-ka naturally posseses the venomous claws of his kind, the venom of which causes an ever-spreading burning sensation, as well as their enhanced senses and sharp reflexes. The crystals on the necklaces are used as batteries that Hizss-ka makes sure to keep charged during his down time so that he will have more energy available during combat, and the zinc and peppers are designed to be mixed together and blown into the enemies faces causing pain, blindness and loss of the senses of taste and smell. His sword is infused with the flesh-consuming venom of the Tuzak.

While he is primarily a lightning mage he does lightly dabble in other elemental magics. His lightning abilities allow him to produce, manipulate, absorb and store lightning charges from the very weak to those of a full on lightning bolt, though his ability to absorb and store electricity is limited to two or three bolts a day. He uses his crystals to store energy once his natural capacity is used up. One of his favorite shock-and-aw techniques for large battles, though he must be in a thunderstorm or have all his crystals fully charged to sustain it for any length of time, is to create massive negative electrical charge on both the ground beneath him and on himself, causing him to float above the battle. While doing this, if he sees a target he wishes to strike he simply charges that with a positive charge, causing energy from both him and the ground to strike his target.

He also dabbles in the art of enchanting objects, especially the infusion of objects with the properties of substances other than those the object is made from.
